Tanja Matarma

Tanja Matarma is an experienced professional currently serving as a Special Coordinator at the City of Helsinki since August 2020, focusing on knowledge management, data and statistics, and fostering collaboration between the municipal and third sectors. Tanja has been a Group Fitness Instructor at ELIXIA Finland since December 2010 and served as a Project Coordinator at Turku University of Applied Sciences from September 2019 to August 2020, coordinating sector transitions and developing internal training programs. Tanja's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Pediatrics from the University of Turku, where Tanja also held several roles as a doctoral candidate, project researcher, and planner between 2011 and 2020.
