John Pustell

John Pustell has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career as a Product Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company in 1989. John then worked as a Manager of Product Development at Build-To-Order from 2000 to 2003.

From 2003 to 2011, John held multiple positions at ArthroCare Corporation, including Manager of Systems and Process Development and Manager of Advanced Manufacturing. John was responsible for implementing a PLM system and managing clean room manufacturing activities.

In 2011, John joined Iogyn Inc as Director of Operations, overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics for their RF ablation and fluid management system. John stayed with the company until 2014 when they moved to Boston Scientific as Director of Acquisition, responsible for supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics for the Symphion system.

From 2015 to 2018, John served as the Site Director for PneumRx, Inc., a BTG International group company. In this role, they were responsible for day-to-day operations and supply chain management.

Since 2019, John has been employed at Elixir Medical Corporation. John started as the Senior Director of Operations and later became the Vice President of Operations.
