Lara Kottsieper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, consulting, and organizational change. Currently serving as a Manager and Consultant at Elixirr since May 2020, Lara focuses on delivering innovative strategies that incorporate transformation and organizational change. Prior to this, Lara worked as a Strategy Consultant at The Foundation Growth Consulting LLP, where involvement in key accounts across various industries led to a deep understanding of customer-centricity. Experience includes a brief stint as a Summer School Student at Ogilvy & Mather, participating in a behavioral economics program, and an internship at Avantgarde, supporting operations and creative initiatives for major brands. Lara holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Bristol. Additionally, Lara completed the International Baccalaureate at Sevenoaks School, achieving 39 points.
