Ed Toy has over 37 years of experience in semiconductors, beginning with work in computer architecture and ASIC design. For the past 34 years, Ed has been the Principal DFT Architect & Engineer at E L & Associates, Inc., providing consulting services in design for test (DFT) architecture and implementation, among other areas. Additionally, Ed holds a BS and M. Eng in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1982 and 1987. Currently, Ed serves as the Principal Engineer for DFT Implementation at Eliyan Corporation.
