Joaquin Gordon

Joaquin Gordon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as General Manager for Elizabeth Arden in Spain since January 2011, Joaquin has previously held significant roles at Estee Lauder including General Manager for Clinique and General Manager for Aramis & Designer Fragrances and La Mer, overseeing teams of up to 278 people and managing substantial sales and profit targets. Prior to that, Joaquin worked as a Consultant for Coca-Cola Enterprises and as an International Finance Analyst for Hollister. Joaquin's academic background includes an MBA from IESE Business School, an MBA exchange program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Navarra, complemented by studies in managerial economics at Harvard Business School.
