Kevin Stafford Sr.

Kevin Stafford Sr., CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Kevin is currently serving as the Director of Finance at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, where they started in 2022.

Prior to this, Kevin was the Chief Financial Officer at the Excel Academy Public Charter School from 2017 to 2022.

Before that, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer at the Disabled Veterans National Foundation from 2014 to 2017, where they were responsible for all financial activities and established the accounting department in Washington DC.

Kevin also worked as a Consultant at Robert Half from 2013 to 2014, where they supervised accounting departments, prepared financial statements, and provided guidance and training to staff.

Kevin'sextensive experience includes founding and running their own accounting firm, Stafford Accounting Services, from 1996 to 2013. At their firm, they collaborated with a wide range of organizations, providing advisory services in accounting, auditing, tax preparation, and financial analysis. Kevin also developed reporting systems, implemented internal control procedures, and supervised up to 10 staff.

Kevin Stafford Sr., CPA holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland. Kevin is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland.
