Shreya Bam currently serves as a Housing Support Worker at The Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver, ensuring a supportive environment for housing participants while overseeing daily program operations. Additionally, Shreya contributes as a Women's Support Facilitator on a voluntary basis and works as a Crisis Responder for Kids Help Phone, providing emotional support and mental health assessments. Shreya's previous roles include Senior Mentor at Douglas College, Student Volunteer for wellness initiatives, and International Volunteer with Jesuit Refugee Service, along with various positions focused on community engagement and support. Shreya holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Douglas College, with earlier education from Aga Khan High School and Little Angels High School.

EFry’s gender-responsive programs work because they are designed to address the four sisters of trauma and violence – addiction, mental illness, homelessness and incarceration. We help women take control of their physical and mental health and build brighter futures for themselves and their children.
