Eliod Twesigye

CPA Eliod Twesigye brings extensive experience in financial management and operations, currently serving as Deputy Director of Finance at the International Rescue Committee since March 2019. With a longstanding tenure at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Eliod has held various roles including Associate Director of Finance and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed leading finance, human resources, procurement, information technology, administration, and compliance functions. Prior experience includes senior positions overseeing grant management and compliance at both the foundation and at Johns Hopkins University, where the role of Finance Manager was held from March 2006 to July 2011. Eliod holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Uganda Christian University.
