Mumbua Ngalyuka Kioko

Mumbua Ngalyuka Kioko is an experienced HR professional with a substantial background in strategic human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Regional HR Advisor for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since October 2016, Mumbua provides hands-on support to country programs in Africa while collaborating with the International HR team to build capacity within Country HR teams. Previous roles include Senior HR & Administration Manager, Head of HR & Staff Development at Pathfinder International, and HR Manager for both SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL and Action Against Hunger. Mumbua has a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance through effective HR strategies, employee wellness initiatives, and leadership in HR functions. Education was completed at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
