Tanya Earnshaw

Tanya Earnshaw is a seasoned professional in human resources and administration with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Tanya serves as the Senior Manager for Human Resources & Administration at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tanya held positions such as Human Resources & Administration Manager and People Manager at Logico Unlimited, and Human Resources & Operations Manager at Johns Hopkins University Centre for Communication. Tanya also has a rich background at the World Health Organization as a Human Resources for Health Officer and at Population Services International as a Regional HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager. Tanya began the career at Mondelēz International as a Human Resources Coordinator. Academically, Tanya holds a BCom in Human Resources and Business Management from Mancosa and an HRM Diploma from UNISA.
