Ann Spoleti

Ann Spoleti has a diverse work experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, human capital consulting, and talent and organization development. Ann is currently the Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Engagement at Elizabeth Seton Children's, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Organizational Change Management at The Children's Place from July 2018 to December 2019. From October 2015 to July 2018, they worked as a Human Capital Consultant at RGP. In 2015, they also worked as an Independent Consultant, where they provided strategic workforce planning and organizational design expertise to clients. Ann served as the Director of Organization Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb from June 2014 to April 2015. From November 2007 to June 2014, they worked as the Director of Talent & Organization Development at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where they partnered with hospital leaders on strategic priorities and managed talent, succession, and performance management programs. Ann also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from 2005 to 2007 and as an Organization Development Consultant from 2003 to 2005.

Ann Spoleti has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from The Catholic University of America. Ann also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Behavioral Science/Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Ann has obtained several certifications including:
