Dawn Spaar

Dawn Spaar has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Associate Dean of the School of Continuing & Professional Studies at Elizabethtown College since January 1999, where responsibilities include curriculum development, faculty training, and strategic planning for adult learners. Dawn is also a board member of the Council for Accelerated Programs (CAP) since 2009, having served as Past Chair from 2012 to 2013, advocating for accelerated education practices. Prior roles include Training, Marketing and Research Coordinator at the Small Business Development Center at Kutztown University and Business Development Coordinator at Harrisburg Area Community College. Dawn holds an MBA from Eastern University, an AS from Elizabethtown College, and an M.Ed. in Education from Pennsylvania State University.
