Ellen Min serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Equity Officer at Central Pennsylvania Food Bank since February 2024. In addition, Ellen is an adjunct faculty member at Elizabethtown College, designing and teaching courses on equity and diversity in the workplace. Previously, Ellen held various leadership roles focused on organizational effectiveness, equity, and inclusion, including Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Belonging at REACH CYBER CHARTER SCHOOL and Associate Director of Student Equity and Success at Global Online Academy. Ellen also served as Head of School at St. Stephen's Episcopal School, where responsibilities included advocacy for the school's mission and collaboration with the board of trustees. Ellen's teaching experience spans several school districts, concentrating on secondary English education and implementing effective diversity and inclusion practices. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Dickinson College, a Master of Arts in Humanities from Capital College, and a certification in Educational Leadership and Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
