James Reichenbach, M.S., currently serves as the Controller and Treasurer for the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, while also holding the position of Chief Strategy and Implementation Officer and Chief Mission Advancement and Community Programs Officer at Lancaster Health Center. James has extensive teaching experience as an adjunct professor at Elizabethtown College and Albright College, where courses focused on human services, psychology, and diversity issues are facilitated. Previous roles include City Councilman and President of Lancaster City Council, where James contributed to significant economic development initiatives and budget approvals. As the owner of James Reichenbach Consulting Services, strategic planning and operational management were provided to various organizations. Additionally, James has a background as Program Director at Keystone Human Services, developing innovative methods for supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, and as a mobile therapist at TW Ponessa & Associates. James holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Pennsylvania State University.
