Karl J Brummer

Karl Brummer currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Messiah Lifeways, a position held since February 2014. Brummer has an extensive background in higher education, holding roles such as Lead Facilitator at Elizabethtown College's School of Continuing and Professional Studies and Adjunct positions at Harrisburg University, Eastern University, and Messiah College. In addition, Brummer has served as an Instructional Facilitator at Dignity Health Global Education since January 2022. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Cross Keys Village and BAE Systems, as well as human resource positions at Arcus and Advantica. Brummer holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Messiah University and an MBA from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
