Leanna L. Meiser

Leanna Whetstone, MBA, M.Ed., is a proven leader in Enterprise Learning and Organizational Change Management, currently serving as the Director at The Hershey Company. With an extensive background in capability building, they have implemented new business processes and training technologies to foster behavioral change and drive strategic growth. Leanna also plays an active role in governance as a member of the Board of Directors at PSECU and has been a Trustee at Elizabethtown College since 2007. They hold an MBA and an M.Ed. in Teaching and Curriculum Development, along with a B.S. in Mathematics Education.
