Lena Poff

Lena Poff currently serves as the Director of Educational Field Experiences at Elizabethtown College since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lena held various positions at Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School from January 2017 to April 2024, including Director of Admissions, Admissions Counselor, and Adjunct Faculty. Lena's extensive experience in education also includes serving as the Advancement Director at Christian School of York, where responsibilities included overseeing fundraising activities and managing the admissions process, as well as working as the Director of Instruction at Helen Thackston Charter School, focusing on teacher recruitment and instructional coaching. Earlier in the career at EdisonLearning, Lena managed teacher recruitment across multiple charter schools, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines. Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Elizabethtown College and a Master's degree in Leadership in Teaching from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
