Steve Landis

Steve Landis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military education and mission command. Currently serving as a Doctrine Developer/Analyst at the Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate since May 2019, Steve is recognized as a subject matter expert on Army Mission Command. Additionally, Steve holds a position as Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Elizabethtown College, teaching undergraduate courses such as Business Ethics. Previously, Steve worked at the U.S. Army War College as a Senior Military Analyst, planning and executing academic programs for the Mission Command and Cyberspace Division, and served in various roles within the US Army, culminating in 28 years of active duty service. With advanced degrees in security studies from the Naval Postgraduate School and the US Army War College, along with a Bachelor's in Political Science from Duke University, Steve combines academic expertise with extensive military experience.
