Balaguru Sendil

Balaguru Sendil has experience working as a Deputy Manager R&D at Elkem ASA since December 2020. Prior to that, worked as a Research Engineer at SNAM Group of Companies for five years, focusing on Thin Slab Casting projects. Additionally, completed internships at Renault-Nissan Alliance and University West, where they conducted projects related to ergonomic risk factor analysis and robot programming integration with assembly lines. Graduated with a Master of Technology (Integrated) in Manufacturing Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
