Morten Richardsen

Morten Richardsen has several years of work experience in different roles and positions. Morten started their career at Elkem in 2003 as a Trainee and later worked as a Technical Manager and Development Manager. In 2010, they joined Elkem Solar as a Maintenance Manager. Morten then worked at Elkem Silicon Materials as a Technical Manager and later as a Project and Maintenance Director. In 2015, they joined Glen Dimplex as a Plant Manager. Morten is currently working at Elkem ASA as the Vice President Technology & Projects for Elkem Silicon Products.

Morten Richardsen completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Produktutvikling og produksjon (Maskin) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) during the period of 1997-2003.
