Tore Falkman Førland

Tore Falkman Førland is an experienced production manager and consultant with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Production Manager at Elkem ASA since March 2022, Tore is dedicated to sustainable production of silicon alloys. As the founder of Falkman Safety & Quality AB since January 2018, Tore offers freelance consultancy in manufacturing, safety, and quality management. Previously held roles include Safety and Quality Consultant at the Institute Bruno Schmaeling Consulting Group and Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Hitachi Energy. Tore's extensive background also includes operational management positions at Oerlikon Balzers Sandvik Coating AB and quality management roles at Elkem and its subsidiaries. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's Degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University and further studies in Human Behavior at the Institute Bruno Schmäling Academy.
