Vibeke Dahl has extensive experience in customer experience and digital marketing, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Elkem ASA since April 2020, where strategic leadership and CRM implementation are key responsibilities. Prior to Elkem ASA, Vibeke held roles at Visma, including Digital Marketing Specialist and NPS Manager, focusing on marketing automation and customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes positions at Microsoft, Manana Web, Tank Design, and starshot ventures in digital marketing and graphic design. Vibeke holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Graphic Design from RMIT University, a Bachelor's degree in Web/Multimedia Management from Monash University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
