Sara Koziel

Sara Koziel, MPH, MA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Elkhart Clinic since August 2022. Previously, Sara held the position of Director of Community Health Center Strategy and Senior Manager at Aledade, Inc. from January 2019 to November 2022. Between 2014 and January 2019, Sara was the Director of Integrated Health and Associate Director at the Michigan Primary Care Association. Sara earned a Master of Public Health from Liberty University in May 2018 and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the same institution in December 2014.
