Responsibilities include operating and maintaining 1000 ton presses, ensuring quality assurance, programming and maintaining motoman robots, and performing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Perry Dishman worked at Fort Wayne Foundries from March 1991 to May 2009, where positions included Production and Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing up to 15 maintenance employees and handling equipment maintenance and troubleshooting for various machines, including ABB and motoman robots, as well as Hunter and Disa molding machines. Educational background includes studies at Ivy Tech Community College.
