Chuck Bouligny

Chuck Bouligny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate development, marketing, and operations. Currently serving as President of Elkhorn Union, a real estate development and investment group in Fort Worth, Texas, Chuck has demonstrated a commitment to creating community-focused projects since January 2018. Prior to this role, Chuck held various leadership positions, including Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Juggle, and Executive Vice President and Shareholder at Visibull. As a founding partner at Ascend Concepts, Chuck integrated strategy and technology to address client challenges. Additional experience includes managing operations at Xplor Childcare, and significant roles in development and technology across multiple companies. Chuck earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Information Systems from Bentley University.
