Patrice Fenton, PhD, is a seasoned educator and leader in organizational well-being, currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Organizational Well-being at the Ella Baker Institute since April 2020. Fenton's extensive experience spans various roles, including Program Design Advisor at MindCatcher Education, Equity Specialist at Pink Cornrows, and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hunter College, where culturally responsive and social justice-oriented instruction was provided. Previous leadership includes positions as Director of Leader Support and Development at Education Leaders of Color and Associate Director for NYC Men Teach at The City University of New York. Fenton's foundation in education includes roles as a Special Education Specialist within the NYC Department of Education and a strong academic background with a PhD in Teaching and Learning concentrated in Special Education from the University of Miami.
