Barak Dahan

Barak Dahan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in laboratory operations and management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ella Beauty since February 2024. Prior to this role, Barak was the Head of LabOps at Mana.bio, leading a team focused on data generation and assay development for AI models. Barak's career includes significant positions at Biolojic Design, Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed budget management and team growth, and roles as Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Operations Manager that centered on developing laboratory infrastructure. Barak also founded Inerjix, an AI-based healthcare decision system, and has a background in various research and technical positions, including work at Teva Pharmaceuticals and the Weizmann Institute of Science. Barak holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
