Vice President Of Technical Services at Ellab - Validation & Monitoring Solutions

Joseph Morwald has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joseph started their career as a Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Technician Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they were responsible for maintaining and calibrating medical, dental, and laboratory equipment. Joseph also had special assignments during Desert Shield/Desert Storm/Desert Calm, where they calibrated deployed medical field assets and collaborated with various contractors and military organizations.

After leaving the Air Force, Joseph worked as a Field Service Engineer at Finn-Aqua (Amsco), specializing in maintenance, calibration, and validation services for sterilization equipment. Joseph gained expertise in sterilization sciences, technology, processes, and related areas.

Joseph then transitioned into management roles in the technical services industry. Joseph served as the Manager of Technical Operations for American Technical Services, overseeing technical development and personnel in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. Joseph later became the Vice President of Technical Operations at a startup venture, where they played a crucial role in creating and developing technical service products and staff.

In 2004, Joseph became the President and CEO of Evolution Scientific Incorporated, a privately held technical service company. Under their leadership, the company primarily served North America, with international customers in Europe, Japan, China, and Mexico.

Presently, Joseph has been appointed as the Vice President of Technical Services at Ellab - Validation & Monitoring Solutions, a position they assumed in 2022.

Joseph Morwald attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1988 to 1992, where they focused on Biomedical/Medical Engineering. There is no additional information available about their educational background from their time at CB East.
