Thomas Powell is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Director of Investment & Debt at Ellandi since April 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions including Vice President of Investment at Quercus Real Assets and Associate Director of Investment at Pradera. Career development includes roles as Senior Analyst of Investment at Dunedin Property Ltd, Analyst of Investment at LaSalle Investment Management, and Asset Manager – Retail Investment Advisory at JLL. Thomas began professional experience at IPD as an Analyst and at Waitrose as an Analyst in Brand Development. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Leeds.
