Ana Bat

Ana Bat, MBA, currently serves as the Sales and Marketing Director at ELLE Magazine since November 2023. With extensive experience since 2010 as the Owner and CEO of Luna sedam d.o.o., Ana specializes in consulting services, strategic business planning, and innovative brand communication. Previous roles include Marketing and PR Manager at ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, where Ana developed marketing strategies and coordinated digital activities, as well as positions at Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska, zeb consulting, MasterCard, Erste Bank Croatia, and VIPnet d.o.o., contributing to projects focused on marketing, customer experience, and business transformation. Ana holds an MBA in Economics & Business and a Master's degree in Marketing, both from the University of Zagreb.
