Danielle Lysak has extensive experience in customer service and client administration within the healthcare and insurance sectors. Since November 2010, Danielle has worked as a Customer Service Associate at AQ Group Solutions, serving as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries and claims issues. Prior to this role, Danielle spent over three years at Manitoba Blue Cross, initially as a Receptionist and later as a Client Administration Life Representative, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits and coordinating with client payroll departments. Earlier experience includes working as an Office Manager and Physiotherapist Aide at D'Arcy Bain Physiotherapy, where Danielle focused on customer service and appointment scheduling. Danielle holds a CEBS degree in Group Benefits from the University of Dalhousie and a diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba.
