Eric Rusak is a seasoned professional in business development and asset management, currently serving as Director of Business Development at Eller Capital Partners since April 2018. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Director at Bell Partners Inc from May 2012 to 2017, and has extensive experience in operations and business development from tenure at Riverstone Residential Group/Trammel Crow Residential from January 2003 to May 2012, where guidance was provided on multifamily acquisitions and developments. Eric began a career in property management at Summit Properties, Inc. from January 1998 to January 2002. Educationally, Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Dickinson College, earned between 1989 and 1993.
