Tyler McNally is currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Ellevation Education, overseeing services, success, support, and training since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tyler held several positions at Gainsight from July 2017 to February 2024, including SVP of CX and Customer Operations, where responsibilities included scaling strategy programs and enhancing customer experience. Tyler also advanced through roles such as VP of Customer Experience and RVP of Customer Success, focusing on operational improvement and team leadership in global customer success initiatives. Prior to Gainsight, Tyler was a Board Member and President at EdSurge, contributing to significant growth and fundraising efforts.
