Joanna Curran has extensive experience in people operations and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of People Operations at Ellevest since May 2017, Joanna previously held the position of Head of Customer Experience & People Operations at Elysium Health from August 2015 to April 2017. Prior roles include Head of Customer Success at Axial Inc, where management and execution of engagement and retention strategies for paying customers were key responsibilities. Additional positions include Executive Director at The Roger Magazine, Special Projects Manager at 9th Ward Field of Dreams, and intern roles at KODA.us and TUDOR INVESTMENT CORPORATION. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Marketing and Business Law from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, graduated in 2009.
