Fatou Thunblad

Fatou Thunblad is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent & Attract Teamlead at Ellevio AB since August 2022. Previously, Fatou worked as a Recruitment Manager for the Division Infrastructure at AFRY from April 2015 to August 2022, contributing to sustainability and digitalisation efforts within the company. Fatou also held the position of Managing Director and Partner at Propell from January 2010 to April 2015, and earlier roles included Recruitment Consultant at Propell (formerly Novare Jobb) and Contaplus from 2001 to 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University earned between 1996 and 2000, and completion of the Novare Management Program at Novare Academy from 2012 to 2013.
