Henrik Hagberg

Henrik Hagberg is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently holding the position of Head of Price and Revenue Management and Head of the Next Generation Smart Meter Program at Ellevio since June 2015. In this role, Henrik oversees the rollout of 900,000 smart meters, the transition to modern IT solutions for meter data management, and the introduction of a new customer app. Prior to this, Henrik managed the Smart Meter Rollout, where the focus was on enhancing customer engagement in the electricity market. With a strong background in metering and settlements, Henrik has led teams and managed substantial budgets while emphasizing operational excellence. Previous roles include positions at Fortum Distribution AB, Telvent, and TalkPool, showcasing a diverse career across various functions in project management and engineering. Henrik holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology and has further studied at the National University of Singapore.
