Ilze Kaupere is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR and Administration Manager at Ellex since January 2024. Previously, Ilze held positions as HR Manager at XTM Bygg from December 2021 to August 2023 and at Latvijas balzams from January 2017 to December 2021. Prior to these roles, Ilze worked as an HR Business Partner at Amber Distribution Latvia from October 2015 to October 2016 and as an HR consultant at Citadele banka from May 2008 to October 2015, providing HR support to various business units. Ilze's career began at the State Border Guard, where Ilze was the Head of the HR division from December 1998 to May 2008. Ilze holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the Police Academy of Latvia, completed between 2000 and 2003.
