Raimonds Slaidins

Raimonds Slaidins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Slaidins has been a partner and head of M&A at Ellex, part of the Baltic circle of legal excellence, since 1992. Additionally, Slaidins has contributed to legal education as a lecturer at the Riga Graduate School of Law since 2008, supervising and presenting courses focused on mergers and acquisitions at both the LLB and LLM levels. Slaidins holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley.
