Herke van Hulst

Herke Van Hulst is a Partner and Head of Corporate / M&A at Osborne Clarke since December 2015, specializing in venture capital, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance. With a broad transactional and corporate advisory practice, Herke serves a diverse range of sectors. Additionally, Herke is an IC member at BOM (Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij) and a Board Member of the European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL Europe), focusing on the advancement of women in leadership roles. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at Clifford Chance LLP from April 2001 to November 2015 and as a lawyer at Trenite van Doorne from September 1996 to March 2001. Herke holds a Master of Law degree in Private Law and Economic Public and Corporate Law from Utrecht University and is currently enrolled in The School of Leadership by Ebbinge program until January 2024.
