Ken Fiala

Ken Fiala has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Ken currently holds the position of Head of Labour Relations & Principles at Elli - A Brand of the Volkswagen Group since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Expert Labour Relations at the same company from August 2022.

Ken Fiala also has a long tenure at MAN Truck & Bus SE, starting in 2010. During their time there, they served in various roles including Consultant Labour Law from January 2017 to August 2022, HR Business Partner Sales/Aftersales from June 2013 to December 2016, Personnel Officer from June 2012 to May 2013, and Apprentice industrial clerk from September 2010 to May 2012.
