Ashley Solberg

Ashley has an admirable passion for people. Whether your a client, student, supervisee or peer of hers, she is always willing to help you grow and develop as an individual. She focuses on your strengths and shows you how capable you really are even when you feel completely broken and powerless.

Ashley has worked in the field of trauma for most of her career; specializing in complex trauma and dissociation. Using her clinical training in EMDR, ART, and IFS she is able to assist clients in not only working through their trauma, but helping them understand that they are not powerless, weak, damaged, or unlovable because of their trauma. In order to do this work, Ashley focuses on building a theraputic relationship that feels both authentic and safe.
