Gavin England

Gavin England is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in managing and directing various business ventures. Currently serving as Managing Principal and CFO at Blue Elephant Ventures, LLC since July 2022, Gavin co-founded the company to create businesses that prioritize social good. In addition, Gavin is a Franchise Owner at both Ellie Mental Health and Big Blue Swim School, focusing on outpatient mental health services and preventing swimming-related injuries, respectively. Prior to these roles, Gavin held significant positions including Regional Sales Director at Lincoln Financial Distributors and Hartford Financial Services Group, and Managing Director at Mass Mutual Retirement Plans Group, where expertise was applied in retirement plan products and sales strategies.
