Tracy Blad

Tracy holds a strong passion for growth and learning on all levels of her life. This has provided her with a variety of opportunities to create effective ways in building strong, trusting relationships with clients. Her passion for curiosity has allowed for experiences in various mental health settings including private practice, community mental health, and active military bases. Her journey of learning has also resulted in being proficiently trained in non-directive, experiential play therapy and somatic experiencing.

Some of Tracy’s biggest motivators as a mental health provider is to help others feel less intimidated by mental health, and empowered enough to take control of their lives. She also believes collaboration and communication are foundational in creating success within any mental health setting. Similarly, as she does with clients, she looks forward to helping franchisees utilize their preexisting strengths to help create environments that are positive for both clients and providers.
