Pankaj Dhume is the CEO of Elliot Systems. Pankaj was previously the Delivery Head at HSBC GLT, Program Executive at BMC Software, and Vice President of Global Corporate Services at BMC Software. Pankaj has over fifteen years of experience in the business world and has been instrumental in transforming the cultures of the workplaces they have been a part of. Pankaj is known for their innovative thinking and their ability to create programs that optimize employee productivity. In their free time, Pankaj enjoys spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and playing tennis.

Pankaj Dhume has a transformational leadership style and they completed an executive education program in general management from the University of Michigan. Pankaj also has a Master's degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and a Master's degree in public administration from Kentucky State University.
