Cathy Pecha has extensive experience in the real estate sales industry, currently serving as a Sales Counselor at Elliott Homes since November 2016. Previously, Cathy held the position of Sales Manager at Toll Brothers from April 2016 to November 2016, where responsibilities included launching high-end semi-custom home communities and managing sales and marketing efforts. Prior to that role, Cathy was a Sales Representative at Standard Pacific Homes and returned to Toll Brothers as Sales Manager from September 2011 to February 2015. Earlier career achievements include serving as a Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate at Taylor Morrison Homes from December 2002 to September 2011. Throughout the career, Cathy has developed a robust skill set in mortgage qualification, construction coordination, and maintaining relationships with Realtors, while guiding buyers through the entire home acquisition process.
