Prior experience includes serving as HR Director at Clermont Group, overseeing HR and operations for investments in Asia and Africa, and working as a Senior Associate at Mercer, where talent and leadership projects were managed for clients in Australia. Emily also held roles at Fujitsu Australia Limited as Head of Talent, directing talent management and employee engagement strategies for a workforce of 5,000, and various HR roles within Fujitsu Services. Educational background includes an MA with Merit in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a 1st Class Honours degree in Biomedical Science from The University of Sheffield.
