Rosalie van der Maas has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Rosalie began their career as a Student-assistent at Santa Barbara City College in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Stagiaire programmering and Program coordinator Work, Economy & Big Data at Pakhuis de Zwijger. In 2016, they completed a Research internship at the University of Amsterdam. In 2017, they worked as a Junior Startup & Innovation officer at the Nederlands Consulaat Generaal in Chicago and as a Project Lead at DutchBasecamp. Since 2018, they have been the Co-founder & CEO of Ellipsis Drive.
Rosalie van der Maas has a diverse educational background. Rosalie completed their WVO Diploma at Beekdal Lyceum from 2006 to 2012, majoring in Natuur & Techiek. Rosalie then attended Santa Barbara City College from 2012 to 2013, majoring in International Politics & Global Studies and receiving The Outstanding Student of the Year Award: Global and International Studies. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of Amsterdam and earned a Bachelor of Science in Future Planet Studies & International Relations. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science in International Development and Innovation from Wageningen University & Research from 2017 to 2020.
