Hrithik B. has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. Hrithik began their career in 2006 as a Research Assistant at Yale University's Economic Growth Center. In 2007, they worked as a Research Analyst at the Centre for Development Finance - Institute of Financial Management and Research. In 2011, they were a Senior Economist for the National Treasury of South Africa, and in 2012 they became Director of Production Operations at Ambootia Group. In 2016, they were a Strategy Manager - MBA Intern at Argo Tea, and in 2017 they became a Special Advisor for Strategic Partnerships at BRAC USA. From 2018 to 2021, they were Director of Strategic Finance & Business Operations at Ambootia Tea Group, where they managed the growth and tech transformation of a legacy business. Currently, they are the Head of Strategy & Business Operations at Ellipsis Health.

Hrithik B. began their educational journey at La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata, where they obtained an Indian School Certificate. Hrithik then went on to Northwestern University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, Honors in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa. Following this, they studied abroad at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Afterward, they attended the University of Oxford and earned a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Economics. Lastly, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA at Harvard Business School. Additionally, they have a Verified Certificate for CS50's Introduction to Computer Science from HarvardX, obtained in September 2020.
