Ola Sandstad

Ola Sandstad has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Ola currently works as the Director of Product Development at Elliptic Labs since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NAGRA from January 2018 to May 2021 as the Director of Product Line Management. In this role, they were responsible for managing the portfolio of headend products and supporting the commercial pre-/sales teams. From April 2015 to January 2018, Ola worked at Conax as the Commercial Product Director, where they managed a team of product managers and was responsible for all aspects of product management. Additionally, they also worked as a Product Manager at Conax from August 2013 to April 2015, focusing on the product Contego. Earlier in their career, Ola worked at TANTEC Norge AS as a Product Manager/Developer from October 2005 to August 2013, where they were responsible for the development and handling of various products related to digital TV and broadband.

Ola Sandstad obtained a Master of Science degree in Electronics and signal processing from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2000 to 2005. In 2014, they attended the Holte Academy and completed a PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner course in Project Management. Later, in 2016 and 2018 respectively, Ola undertook an Executive Leadership Development Program at Strategica People & Processes and attended Strategyzer for courses in Mastering Value Propositions and Mastering Business Models.
