Adam Sze

Adam Sze, CFA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in product development within the asset management industry. Currently serving as SVP, Head of Product Development and SVP, Head of Digital Assets/Crypto Products at Global X ETFs since May 2022, Adam previously held the position of Director of ETP Product at 21Shares, where leadership included the launch of multiple cryptocurrency ETPs. Prior to that, Adam spent over twelve years at New York Life Investments, culminating in the role of Senior Director - Head of ETF Product Development, overseeing numerous successful product initiatives. Adam's career began at Smith Barney as a Consulting Group Analyst, where notable achievements included advising high-value clients and developing innovative business management strategies. Adam holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The Wharton School and a BS in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
